Established in 1983 in Thailand National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology famously known as the Biotech is an international research organization of Genetic Engineering mainly in Thailand and Asia. Among the major conferences held by this organization is The Seminar on Yeast Biotechnology that deals with the functions of Yeast in biotechnology. Dr. Kanyawim Kirtikara is the executive director of the organization.
