In 1998 spring Messe Management GmbH was founded with the three business areas of sponsoring, stand construction and trade fair concepts. In June 2000 spring Messe Management GmbH started its first own trade fair, the “Future Commune”. “Zukunft Personal” followed in November. After the success of these two first events, it quickly became clear that in the future they only wanted to concentrate on the organization of trade fairs: The creation of new trade fairs and the takeover and further development of existing trade fairs became the company’s core business.
At the end of June 2012, Deutsche Messe AG took over the majority in spring Messe Management GmbH, which finally became a wholly-owned subsidiary in April 2015. Since the takeover, spring Messe Management GmbH has been systematically expanding its events on the subjects of personnel management, professional learning, corporate health as well as jobs and careers nationally and internationally in the context of the Deutsche Messe AG group of companies.
In January 2017, spring Messe Management established the new umbrella brand structure “Zukunft Personal” with the aim of mapping the broad spectrum of trending topics HR management, digitization and leadership in a variety of formats and with a uniform quality promise for visitors and exhibitors throughout the year.
“Spring on the move” was the motto at the beginning of November 2018: The company moved from Güterhallenstraße to Friedensplatz 3 in the direct vicinity of Luisenpark and the Technoseum. Here, the company started a new dimension of “Future of Work” and “Employee Experience” with a state-of-the-art office in order to actively live the working world of the future.
