The WFLO Institute is a four-day industry-specific program for professionals engaged in temperature-controlled logistics, offering more than 40 classes taught by leading experts in the industry. The curriculum takes students through cold chain management, customer service, employee safety, food safety, warehouse operations, transportation operations, and professional development. The International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) represents the 3PL, temperature-controlled warehouse industry. Temperature-controlled transportation and logistics are represented by the International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA). The Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA) is a group of architects and contractors who specialise in creating climate-controlled facilities. Nonprofit organisation World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO) supports the Global Cold Chain Alliance and its Core Partners. WFLO promotes industry education and research while also offering cold chain advisory services to help spur economic growth while also bolstering the global cold chain.
