The Oxford Farming Conference

Eighteen progressive people from the agrifood industry have been awarded fully funded places to attend the Oxford Farming Conference which runs from 5 – 7 January 2022. The programme, sponsored by The Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture (TIAH), has been designed to support individuals who would otherwise face barriers to attending the Conference.

Oxford Farming Conference is a non-profit organisation that has been working to develop a forum for the industry to come together to encourage and promote the leveraged use of land for food production and other purposes for the benefit of the community at large. After 60 years, this organisation has made significant contributions to the advancement of agriculture and farming. The company is limited by guarantee and works actively in the development of farming and agricultural activities with the efforts of its trustees. Cedric Porter, the director of the Oxford Farming Conference, is the leader of this group. The Oxford Farming Conference is a significant undertaking for this organisation, and the trust's primary function is to maintain and successfully run the conference on a yearly basis, as per schedule.
