Robotics Conference

Robotics research has a great influence on many disciplines of science. Robots have become omnipresent and part of contemporary society. Indeed, its impact on our lives and society has grown rapidly, increased productivity, added value for our scientific understanding and improved our production of health, the environment and food.
The mutually symbiotic relation between the engineering and the biology offered by bionics allows the development of biotechnological devices that outperform current artificial systems, and the use of living organism strategies. In contrast, biomimetric and bioinspired systems are important elements for tackling unexplored biochallenges and for the validation of scientific theories.

GRC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation whose mission is to build communities that advance science. Our conferences bring together scientists from all over the world to discuss the most recent pre-publication research in their field. GRC's format is unique in that it emphasises discussion and gives attendees a chance to network informally during free afternoons. Since its inception in 1931, GRC has built a solid reputation for fostering long-term scientific communities that push the boundaries of research in fields such as biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, and related fields.
