Seminar on creating risk assessments for deviations from provisions of DGUV V52 for cranes and hoists. Participants are familiarized with the theoretical principles for risk assessments, and the procedure for issuing special permits by the employers’ liability insurance association. In operational practice, changes in the vicinity of a crane, e.g. installation of new, larger machines, retrofitting of fire protection systems, installation of additional pipelines, mean that the prescribed safety distances can no longer be observed. When the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health comes into force, the operator has the option of evaluating these deviations himself using the risk assessment to be created.
