The Lead for Master Seminar assists and teaches attendees practical leadership and conversation techniques to successfully master their tasks, as well as giving them the opportunity to receive the necessary tools for their day-to-day leadership as a master and learn how to successfully handle conflicts and avoid unnecessary conflicts. Attendees will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership roles, develop their leadership skills, and gain valuable insights into how to improve their leadership style.
