Are you new to the field of transfer pricing? In our seminar you will receive an introduction to the legal principles and systematics of transfer pricing. The various transfer pricing methods as well as recent developments are conveyed from the perspective of the practitioner and the financial administration. The procedure for creating transfer pricing documentation is treated in the same way as typical cases in the context of tax audits. You will also receive sample documentation, a collection of the relevant legal bases and further literature.
