The headquarters of the ULI are in Washington, D.C. Patrick Phillips, the Chief Executive Officer of ULI, is in charge of organising successful and constructive events. ULI’s most recent conference is ULI SE Florida Caribbean – Envisioning South Florida’s Future: Mobility – Goods and People, which will address the issue of strategic planning in South Florida. The ULI also conducts research on land use patterns and makes recommendations for innovative solutions.
The main goal of ICBMSI is to give global participants the opportunity to share their ideas and experiences in person with their peers who are expected to come from all over the world. Furthermore, this meeting will assist delegates in establishing research or business relationships, as well as establishing international linkages for future collaborations in their careers.
