The immission control law is the central plant approval law in Germany. There are extensive basic obligations for the operator. In the event of violations, not only fines are threatened, but also criminal liability very quickly. In addition to the basics, the crash course also deals with the current special features and latest developments in this field of law. The focus is on all company-relevant regulations, so that the course is particularly relevant for responsible operators and their personnel.
