The seminar gives a complete overview of all important enhancements in the four management areas: Task Management, Leadership of Employees (People Management), the role as an entrepreneur in the company (Corporate Management) and Self-Management (Self-Management). The classic leadership approaches and leadership styles are questioned, but not thrown overboard. Get answers to questions: What should we say goodbye to as leaders and what should we adapt to be successful and fit for the future?
