The theme is: Welcome to new boaters: how can we help? We missed the opportunity to get together in person with our CSBC family in 2020, but holding the Symposium virtually allowed us to reach out to more attendees from across Canada and internationally. While there is light at the end of the tunnel with COVID-19, for the safety of us all we will not get together in person at Mont Tremblant in 2021, as we had planned. Planning is under way for our Virtual Symposium 2021, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you on October 1. COVID restrictions have led to an explosion of boating activity, as more and more people discover the joy of boating in a healthy and physically distanced environment. Explore with us some of the boating safety issues that arise as we welcome new boaters to our community – and favourite activity!
