Annual Superficial Anatomy & Cutaneous Surgery

Hugh Greenway’s 38th Annual Superficial Anatomy & Cutaneous Surgery program is designed to provide the basic information and principles of superficial head and neck anatomy and surgery for those interested in dermatologic surgery. Dermatologists, Fellows, and Residents from all over the world descended on La Jolla to participate in this great course in which laboratory time with fresh cadaver material was an integral part. As we continue to face challenges with COVID-19 and limitations on travel, we will once again offer a virtual program, providing an innovative and interactive learning experience. We have condensed the program into three days, Thursday-Saturday, and will offer a robust virtual learning environment. Our focus on reconstruction and dermatologic surgery will continue and we’ve added topics that will help those of you who are planning to take the Dermatologic Surgery subspecialty exam in 2021. For decades you have come from all over the world and we salute you in being a part of the growth of Dermatologic Surgery. UC San Diego School of Medicine The Mission of University of California San Diego School of Medicine, Continuing Medical Education (UC San Diego CME) is to provide needs-based education for physicians and health care providers to improve knowledge, competence and performance and enable the optimum provision of health care.
