ACM-SIAM Symposium on Discrete Algorithms

Discrete Mathematics (SIAM) and Algorithms and Computation Theory (ACM) are sponsoring the SODA conference.

This symposium is dedicated to the study of efficient algorithms and data structures for discrete problems.

Besides the design of these methods and structures the scope also includes the use of these, performance analysis and the mathematical problems associated with their development or limitations. Analysis of worst-case or expected-case performance can be analytical or experimental. Performance evaluations can address these two types of issues.

Theories and data sets developed in practise can be the basis of studies, which address methodological issues associated with performance analysis.
